    just tried lös

Im awaiting a large order of portion-snus which seems to be delayed. While waiting for the ''real snus'' to come, I have used 3 different kinds of some danish portion snus which is illegally sold in a store here. I have used these 3 kinds of tastes so long now that im getting very tired of it. But its the only place in town that sells portion snus and they only have Pure Nordic in 3 different tastes.

So I was at a small shop here in town and saw they got some Offroad Licorice lös and General lös in a fridge and I thought why not. I have never used lös but i've heard good thing about Offroad Licorice lös and the can was pretty cheap so I took it home.

I've heard it should be pretty easy to bake and it was. I easily baked a (way to big) prilla. My lip was stretching and I felt I got more than 8mg nic, maybe it was like 10-11mg in that pris.

But thats how I started using lös and I think I allways will have a can around. Still a portion-user thought. But while im home and relaxing I think I it could be nice to bake a pris just to change things up a bit.

So, Offroad Licorice lös got a nice taste and is easy to bake. (I didn't like Offroad Licorice Portion very much)

But what about General lös? Is it harder to bake?

Offroad liq lös is a great snus, not like the portions. A really good grind too. Sounds like you're getting into the swing of lös, glad you enjoy it. I just got back into lösing and I'm loving it!

General lös is the best loose snus in the world. You can use can after can without getting tired of the taste.

Well yea, starting to use loose But portions are still my favorite thought!

I just like to use lös when im chilling at home and can make my own-sized snus and control the nicotine. I think it will be like 2-3 prillas a day and 5+ portions.

And a bonus is that I can get it near my house. Offroad licorice lös, General lös and sometimes Offroad Frosted lös. General lös is next up!

            I couldn't agree more.

Even tho i keep 3-4 different kinds of snus in my work vehicle at all times there's always a can of the smokey, peppery, citrusy goodness nearby.

ATM I have green harvest, original portion, roda lacket loose, and general loose. I switch it up all day long.

I have only tried general los as every one as already stated it rocks. My work environment would not allow for los so I love portions for that setting. My next order will contain much more loose snus. I am going to try some of that offroad everyone seems to say the flavor last forever

I myself prefer los but General I only use once every few months. Try out a bunch of different ones. Soon portions will only be for extreme discretion.........

                Welcome to the dark side......

Los is definitely my favorite. I can't wait to get home to enjoy a prilla.

After 4 years of portions, I have finally switched to los 100% Started with general but made the switch to Ettan, smooth sailing ever since. Tastes better, feels better, and icetools are cool sh-t

Ettan los is 10x better than General imo, but to each his own.

I agree. Ettan los is my favorite as well. So simple.. tobacco, water and salt. It has an amazing history as well if you ever read up on it.

Here is a excerpt from buysnus..

As close to time travel as we will get

Before teleportation is declared a safe and affordable means of transportation through time and space, there's a surefire method to travel back to the year 1822: Buy yourself a can of Ettan. Pick the loose quality and you will enjoy something that has not been changed in 188 years. Every single ingredience of the blend; every quantity, remains exactly as defined by the inventor Jacob Fredrik Ljunglöf. If enjoying the Ettan portions, keep in mind that these little pouches weren't around until 1990. For an untrained eye, the recipe appears to be very simple: The finest tobacco, salt and water. That's it.

+1 on the Ettan. I am fairly new to snus, and so I have a number of different tobaccos in my fridge from trying them all out, but when I use up my current stock my future orders will all be for Ettan los. I tend to try a bunch of things out at first and then find a favorite. I tried a bunch of snuffs before settling on Toque Natural Toast (and Roderick had to come out with Natural Toast. Before that it was HDT.), and I tried a zillion pipe tobaccos before settling on the few I smoke regularly now (pipe smoking demands more diversity than snuff or snus for some reason ). Ettan is just plain goodness. General isn't bad, and it will do in a pinch, but General has that General flavor to it, whereas Ettan is just simple tobacco. It's good. Everyone should at least give it a chance.

I love using lös, i worked with a guy that was a swede, it was him that got me into the snus about 6 years ago. I do still use portions but lös is definitely my favorite. I'm just mad with the EU ban, i cant get the General and Ettan that i loved so much.
