Shipping Question

So, I have an order coming...UPS had the delivery date as "end of day 2/1/12," but now it's changed to "end of day 2/2/12." Here's the tracking info...it looks weird, and I'm wondering why:

Notice that it had stuff about Philadelphia before it was even in Germany...and it's said the 1-31-12 arrival scan for Germany for over a day.

Looks like the paper work was sent from the data base in Philadelphia but the actual snus stayed in Sweden

My first two orders, it seemed like the paperwork went along with the shipment...strange. I just want my snus!! LOL. Now I have to wait another day, at least. It doesn't seem that my snus even left Germany today.
