    Holy S&!$, Los is AMAZING

After seeing the snubie review of V2's Nordströmmen Brandy Alexander, on a whim I ordered a 10-pack, along with an icetool. Now I really regret spending so much on normal portion snus. To quote tourette- guy: "HOLY DUMB F&*!!" This stuff is amazing. The icetool, and a few youtube videos, made making a portion a breeze. It is so much more flavorful than normal portion snus. It stays together perfectly in my mouth, and tastes simply divine.

I really regret spending so much on portion snus now that I have discovered los. It's more intricate a process - you have to put more love into it - which makes it all the more rewarding. I get the feeling that I will be using los for much of my snusing, at least until I find a job.

Does anyone know whether V2 is releasing this as another limited release, or whether it will be a part of their regular production run from here on out? If it is a LE snus, I might have to buy a few more 10-packs!!

Welcome to the club of discerning snus users. I'd consider any lössnus to be limited availability the way things are going, especially from makers that aren't Swedish Match. It's never a bad idea to stock up, and V2 snus in particular seems to keep well over time.

I pull it down with my tongue, and spit it in the trash, or wherever. For discretion while in public, spit it into a napkin.

Not really. If I do it by hand, it's hardly baked at all. Just pushed enough to stick together. IceTool is light pressure. It takes about 3 spits to get all the snus out, and I swallow the rest. I'll swallow the whole thing if spitting it out isn't convenient.

                ah okay :-)

it bugs me if i get it sticking to my teeth as it is then harder to spit out

                  DAMN! That's hardcore!

I thought swallowing the little bits without gagging was an achievement.

I wash the little bits down with a cuppa tea

I've tried finger swiping, but I still gag frequently taking it out. I've pretty much given up on loose for the same reasons I gave up on loose dip. Too much of a messy hassle.

Too messy? I just stick my index finger and thumb under my lip, and lightly pinch the pris and gently remove it. It generally stays intact. Sometimes I swish some water or other drink around to rinse my mouth.

As your lip gets used to holding it over time, it relaxes and therefore it usually stays hard and in one piece. Then it's easy to get out.

I'd highly recommend giving hand baking a go. It's not hard and I find the shape better than a perfectly cylindrical piece.

I found it best not to over think it. When I was first trying los, I was attempting to put in practice all the tips and techniques I'd read about on here to not much success. When I just started doing what felt natural it got a lot easier. Yes, there were a few messy incidents and wasted prillas, but it didn't take long to figure out what worked.

At the end of the day, all you need to do is put some tobacco under your lip for a certain amount of time, and then get rid of it. There's no right or wrong way to do that.

This is the best advice yet.
