What do they put on or in the pouches that does not exist in the los?

Yeah, it is probably because the skruf portions aren't soaked like the V2 portions are. The skruf actually replicates skruf los just in a pouch.

I would have thought that the general whites wouldn't be soaked but I could be wrong.

They weren't wet initially but started juicing quicker than your typical white portion. That is how it was for me at least.

I thought it was just wetted down tobacco juice but it sounds like they add a little extra preservative.
