    A few experiments (Flavor mixing)

    Two things:

I love root beer and I love vanilla. Neither of those flavors are serviced by snus makers so I am trying a few things out.

    Kaliber root beer flavored

    General Vanilla Mint

The Kaliber is done soaking for a few days and let me say this..... Salty root beer flavor kicks some serious ass. Kaliber is a pretty plain snus and the flavor mix very well.

I'm dying to try the vanilla mint later today. I need to let the portions dry up some

Does anyone else mix up their own flavors regularly?

tried a couple of times -

but didn;t really get anything pleasant out of it -

I blended plain snus with coffee, whiskey and rum

I guess I need to start it from scratch with PLAIN tobacco but it's quite hard -

Not necesarily mixing but my cans of olde viking ginger/lime arrived incredibly dry so i soaked a paper towel in lime juice, rolled the portions around on it. Put them in a dry paper towel and dabbed them for a little bit then added some salt which dissolved and blended in with the snus quite well.....only problem is they are very very wet still. I also just soaked a paper towel in water and rolled some very dry ettan portions in them now they are wet but still too wet. How do you dry them out/ does that wash out the nicotine?

I set them on a plate and put them on top of my fridge for the night. They dried out nicely without (hopefully) loosing any nicotine from them. I didnt put that much flavoring though. You don't want to get them dripping wet!

I rememeber that the first "snus" I ever had was a snus made on my own

with taxi snuff and a few flavors like coffee and wiskey lol
