Let me splain' in Romania postal offices come into two different categories -

1) For external packages from US and all over the world, except EU territories. (ALL Packages are opened and checked in detail at the postal office)
2) For external and internal packages from all over EU and Romania. (packages are not opened by the customs at the postal office)

In this case any of the packages coming from U.S come to the 1)st ^^ office above and I risk to get the stuff consfiscated......

going to make a special thread about dip tobacco being shipping easier within EU for those having trouble with customs going through their packages, hell not only that they opened my dip cans once, about 5 of them....

and in a snuff order from U.S they opened all my snuff tins and had to stay there for about an hour (they were probably checking for cocaine or something)

people are weird here, simply because they don't know what snuff, snus, dip or chew is and they come into suspicion

anyways I have an idea to make this easier for everybody in EU

I'm still wondering why dip tobacco is NOT legally sold in Romania, we all know snus is banned in EU but is dip tobacco too? WTF..............

is anyone living in EU and finds dip available for purchase in local stores? (curios)

Well, now that makes sense. It appears that they have you singled out and you had better not even try now.
I would have someone else recieve your packages then. But that doesn't mean that no one elso can recieve their packages. If they keep it to a max of say 20 tins it should pass thru customs without a problem in Romania.....just like every other country. Just don't go overboard and order 50 tins again.

The top question is: Do they really sell the snus ?? The most articles I found with Google are from 2008 - 2010.
Maybe they NOT produce the snus enymore .... So it's not to buy anymore in stores ?? !!
