Yeah, when I first got into snus it was great to order various things, 30 cans for 50 bucks shipped and so forth. Great for experimenting. Now you really have to plan on what to spend the 10 bucks per can on LOL

yea, offroad $2 a tin with free shipping for orders over $50 [I think it was $50].

we won't be seeing that again. ;(

My PACT stash came largely from GetSnus. I'd wait until they had expired snus, and then buy a bunch. I was unemployed, but considered it an investment. AFAIC, that investment has paid off. I did better than those jokers toying around in the stock market :^D

That was the OLD GetSnus, with the great deals. Even before PACT, once they sold it, the great deals were gone.

Not really. I'm doing a little of this and that, but nothing official. I'm kind of lost atm, and not sure what I /can/ do. My back's shot, so a lot of the stuff I used to do is out, and even otherwise easy jobs I'm virtually incapable of. Standing in one place, and working a register would be virtually impossible. It seems like the only thing I can do for hours on end is sit on my ass :^S

I get paid to sit on my ass in front of a couple computers, and I am terrible with computers. You're great with them Lx. I am paid for my extensive knowledge of one, very basic program developed before I was born (Sabre GDS), and of geography and airline route maps I suppose. You seem hip to a shitload of complex software. I have faith that something in that vein will come your way. Good luck brother.

Edit. *Well* before I was born. It's still DOS after all these years.

And yeah I really, really miss the days when $50 would get you 30 cans of snus. At the moment I can't afford to make an order because I have to spend 3 times that to make the price-per-can a decent deal. Tomorrow I'm going to make a stop at the Indian-owned shop 30 minutes south of here to see what they can do for my wallet and my Odens addiction.

BJs is great, they just sell out of their limited stock so quickly.

"Time was, a fellow could get a roll of snus, two pris masters, and a happy ending for a five spot."

"Now a-days these whipper snappers only use a portion for five minutes and they want it to taste like smegma berries. In our day there were two flavors, salty and dirty. The really good brands had a dash of used tea bag thrown- but they cost extra."

"I remember the days of going to the internet and having the mailman leave my package on my porch. Now you need a photo ID, your mother's maiden name, and an expired passport just to get the UPS feller to bring your package back in a week to ten days some time between 8am and 6pm if you're home and are standing in the front yard in dressed like a mime and balancing a dining room table from your chin."

"Ahh the good old days. We'd just cram the filler from a bucket of night crawlers in our lip and be happy. Sure the worms were blue, but that only made packing a prilla easier. Kids these days and their instant gratification...."

                          Remember SCHWAG?!

You used to get a free pen or a shightty cork-screw or even a smelly beer cozy. A free can once in a while or a mouse pad. Them were the days I tell ya!
