Well i had a little trouble with the translation since I don't read or write Russian. This is what I was able to translate it to
A) Островки Карвенгарса -> "Островки" translates to Islands. Карвенгарса don't translate to anything that i can find except Microsoft translates it to "Islands of Karvengarsa". So I have to assume it means the Island of something and i have to accept 'Islands of Karvengarsa'.
B) Мамины Пельмени -> "Мамины" clearly means mothers or mommas. "Пельмени" means dumplings. So its "Mama's Dumplings"
С) Чё за фигня -> Microsoft gave me 'Composed for' for "Чё за". Mostly i found meanings like "made for". "фигня" means either crap, shit, bullshit for feces. I will assume bullshit. So its "Composed for the bullshit"
Then I had to determine the logic. Island of something don't have anything to do with producing insulin. So A is out. "Composed for the bullshit" I thought that one over quite a bit. Wondering how solid body waste might be connected to insulin. Since solid body waste is produced well after insulin has been produced and used C is out.
That leaves Momma's dumplings. Dumplings in this part of the world are made from flour or bread. Bread is packed full of carbohydrates which causes the body to produces loads of insulin. So by means of deduction (and studying the logic applied to your other questions) my answer is B)Мамины Пельмени
