I have promised to you and Snuffleplagehus to tell how I treated that fobia
..... It was not fobia it was NEVROZ you see the stress people usually have digest thru brain.. It works like this you right side of brain gets signal from your eyes passes info to left side and left side filtrates and relises out .... In that whay ussuy works brain but in my case as soon it has with airplanes and hight to do I get unexplainable fear , now my right side of brain says to left side that it is hight and that's it and my left side have to analyse and it should be ok... But not in my case .... So doktor told me that I have something wrong but how they starting to treat .... Thay put some kind of dark glasses on you from which coming Blu light like hiting you each second .... And put some calm music , that glasses straighten tha wayws from brain which you usually have when you are afraid .... First time I felt seek ... And doktor told me that because I am not liking something that I do not know he suspected that it is NEVROZ , but he was not sure I hade that procidure each day 45 minets, during that time he asked about my life and from that long story of my life he found the moment when my brain
Literally broke ... It was when I was 8 years of age... I saw a guy throwing him from balcony in Havana and folling down to asfalt in front of me.... I was shocked he died in front of me and my brain was not strong inuf to analyse with left side stress so what happened the signal whent to .......
