    Why can't we buy purified portions in the UK?

    It's not strictly tobacco, is it? So surely could be put on sale legally in the UK and elsewhere in the EU. Okay it's not tobacco snus but it's a start.

      It is tobacco. It;s tobacco that's been processed to death, but it's still tobacco.
