Travelling to EU with snus

Hello all!
I will be travelling to Italy in a few days, and I am staying there for abit more than a month. I was looking on the Italian customs website to see their tobacco limits in customs. They mentioned :

• 200 cigarettes or
• 100 cigarillos or
• 50 cigars or
• 250 g of smoking tobacco.

Since I was thinking of bringing in pipe tobacco , snus and snuff , the italian customs site does not mention anything regarding smokeless tobacco, do you guys know if there are any restrictions on snus and snuff ? Does any of you guys have experience of flying to the Italy from outside the EU with snus and snuff ? Thanks!

Where you came from?

If you are from EU you won't pass no customs so you can have what do you want (the limit is 1 kilo of tobacco, but no one will say a word for personal use)
If will are extra EU: you have to pass the customs: But no one know the snus in Italy, I travel always with a dozen cans of snus or snuff.

also 400 cigarettes are ok, usually be angry for more than 4 cartons
