It looks like these CUTS are not pasteurized but do have a low TSNA in the 4-5ppm range. IF I am going to play with a Tobacco devil product then it will be some sort of similar range tsna value American dip.

Well I just got the order from Snuffstore.de - my first time dealing with them and it was nice & fast if a little expensive.
The Blue Ocean and Jagarpris ones are indeed tobacco cuts about the size of a snus just like the General and Röda Lacket ones were. They aren't exactly the same but they're pretty close to the Swedish Match ones - these are a little less salty and a bit sweeter - but nothing like as sweet as Red Man or most American chew. They fit under the lip nicely and are fairly soft although I can see them drying out if you store them too long.
The Piccanell strong ... I can't tell the difference between these and the normal ones to be honest. But they are much smaller - even smaller than Oliver Twists - but they are nice and salty and not much added sweetness.
Snuffstore also sent me a free travel pack of tissues! Now there's a free gift that I wasn't expecting.
Cheers

I'm actually really enjoying the Blue Ocean ones - funny because I hated that snus.
It's not as sweet as the Jägarpris and it's got that funny cooling thing that you get with Onyx and minty snus. In a snus that can get a bit wearing - but in a tobacco bite it's really nice.
They all really taste so strongly of dark tobacco that you can't really taste much else though - which is good for me as I like the taste of tobacco! Be careful making it make juice though - if you chew it too much a load of juice comes out that you just can't swallow.
All in all - tobacco cuts are back. I might fire an email over to the guy at www.mysmokingshop.co.uk and see if he'll stock them. He stocked the old Swedish Match ones before.
Cheers

Blimey - I've just noticed the shelf life on these tobacco cuts too!
No need to refrigerate and best before May 2013!!!!!!!!! They've got to dry out in that kind of time frame surely. If true though - easy to stash away for a bit.Squeezyjohn

Yes Skell, top lip - they're about the same size and shape as a portion. You pop one up there and leave it. Maybe give it a little bite and pop it back if it's feeling a bit weak in flavour or nic.
If you don't play with it, it gives of only minimal juice and you don't need to spit - but too much and it feels like american dip or chew juice - which as we all know you'd need an iron stomach to swallow on a regular basis!Squeezyjohn

Simon at www.mysmokingshop.co.uk said he'd try his best for us. That should take the shipping costs down in the UK a lot if he is able to come up with the goods.Squeezyjohn

Originally posted by weihandaI remember the Tobacco Cuts, We had them a couple jears ago in Germany. The Brands where General and Röda Lacket! These cuts have nothing to do with Snus! They look like wet pieces of a cigar!
DISGUSTING!!!), the General and Röda Lacket you speak of were terrible stuff. On the other hand, i am interested in ANY oral tobacco on the european market, so i guess i have to give them a try too.
