Several states preceded you actually! Including mine, Maryland, but I still get snus.

As mentioned there are a number of states that don't allow internet sales and mail order shipping of tobacco, including my state. The thing to remember is that it only applies to products shipped from a US warehouse. You just have to get your snus directly from Sweden. International sales only deal with federal laws. They could care less what your local state laws are. I don't know of anyone who has had an international snus shipment to the US that has had a problem.

Isn't that the stupidest legislation ever? Lets see, we are going to block sales from US warehouses that collect and pay taxes on our behalf but everything else is fair game.

Just shows how stupid they can be, snus still gets delivered with no tax for them anymore, hard to outsmart the creative black market.
