Xobeloot has struck again. Seems mine and his tastes are becoming more alike. Offroad Cran is nice. Since I have said it so many times already, I will say it again: a warm can offroad cran is like having chocolate cranberry in the mouth. Although phantom blue is not bad, I would suggest trying LD blue first along with Retro Original. The LD blue has a great, only somewhat sweet flavor, and the Retro is nice and juicy. Both flavors last a very long time and are in convenient portions. Glad you enjoy the offroad cran los, not many of us do here, but it will always be in my freezer!!!

Nick and Johnny is indeed the $@$* when compared to the General, and the gotenburg's prima fint. 20+ more cans of Los to sample before it expires on nov.... I think I am getting the hang of it, what I don't like is the salt, but since I've started, it became less and less salty or is it because the opened ones tend to get less salty as time goes... anyways, I really like los, except fot the mud mouth, the pouches kinda irritate my gums. And I like my snus generally below room temp.

Fairly new myself....Right now, I am really enjoy Knox and Gerneral loose and Gerneral Maxi and General Sterk poritions..

Quickly learning my loves, likes, and dislikes but I'm new to it also. Only doing portions (a dental thing). You'd probably enjoy General Onyx, Nick and Johnny, (both nice spicy & strong), and maybe also Grov (this one good, plain & not too salty). I'll leave it at that but these are all pretty well regarded. Good Luck.

No, you just get so used to the saltiness, you don't notice it after a while. From my own experiences and reading others here, it takes about a week. After that, it won't ever be an issue again.

Same thing with the pouches. For *most* users, your gums get used to it quickly and you won't notice any irritation after a week or two.

Glad you are enjoying it so much doucheboy. As I have posted before, there is a whole world of snus discovery waiting fort you out there.

Regarding the saltiness, yes, it's so true, I am actually quite getting used to it now and I don't mind it at all, I am just trying to finish the General Sterk, Cranberry Loose, Prima Fint Los(i don't feel the nicotine thing with this), Catch Eucalyptus and I'm off to try some more, need to train myself to using los at work, everybody is giving me the look that I am a weirdo or junkie, anyways, ZERO CIGARETTES for two weeks, tried having some... my first reaction was... WTF??!!! tastes like sh!##$!@$ General Sterk will definitely be on my list as well as Cranberry Offroad(after a meal), Prima Fint, very easy to bake, i actually like the flavor but it doesn't give any nicotine and the flavor just doesn't last(maybe i got the not so fresh stuff) . Camel now tastes like friggin candy .... One more thing, I just can't help noticing that I get a headache and feel sleepy when I use the swedish snus.. too high nicotine I guess, but it doesn't make sense since nicotine constricts the blood vessels, ergo, shouldn't have a headache.

One last question, I know this has been addressed somewhere in the forum, it's regarding shelf life, somebody said(i can't remember who and too lazy to search since I am kinda tipsy now) that the shelf life of snus is a year if you store it in the freezer. The question is, is the one year shelf life measured with regards to the best before date?

Robme, thanks for the suggestions, I might enjoy the Onyx, as for Nick and Johnny, I've only tried the East version, it's ok, but compared to General Sterk... well....ummmm... no comment
