Is it my imagination or is the EU Tobacco directive the very same thing as a gay porn script, The one where they tell you they want to play naked leap frog, and you get to go second? Or that scene from GN's Mexican jail scenario in which Extreme meets the Polar bear?

Here's what I got:

So darkened the snuff report
EU research did not appear to tobacco opponents on the lip - then they started to go loose with Tipp-ex
Cheating with RESULTS Anti-snuff lobbyists ENSP was commissioned by the European Commission to identify snus in Europe. They in turn hired a Dutch company - which in its report concluded that snus ban should be lifted across the EU. ENSP struck rear, and began to remove the documents.
The EU Commission threatens to ban the Swedish snus.
But Aftonbladet can reveal that a large part of the EU's knowledge of snuff based on a distorted censored report.
- It went so far as to pitch exade away a section of the report, said a source with great transparency.
Facts
Banned in the EU since 1992
The sale of snus is banned in the EU since 1992.
When Sweden joined the European Union had to be a permanent exemption from the ban on condition that they do not sell snuff to other EU countries.
In April 2012 Aftonbladet revealed that the European Parliament a proposal to ban the flavoring of tobacco. It would effectively ban the Swedish snus with condiments. New unit faced massive criticism.
In 2003, ENSP, The European Network for Smoking and Tobacco Prevention, commissioned by the European Commission to write a report on Swedish snus.
The work was contracted out to the Dutch company Research voor Beleid. The Dutch arrived in the report "Lifting the ban on oral tobacco" concluded that snus ban should be lifted across the EU.
But when ENSP got the document, whose content was at odds with their own beliefs, they wrote about the report. Rather presented a completely different conclusion. Namely that snus is dangerous and causes cancer of the oral cavity.
Extensive censorship
The new report was named "Status report on oral tobacco."
Aftonbladet have read both documents. Several pieces have been removed from the original report. Among other things, that the criticism of Swedish snus also be directed toward nicotine replacement products.
But censorship would prove to be even more extensive.
After the final report "washed" and reprinted found anti-snuff lobbyists in ENSP additional "wrong". They forgot to remove half a sentence.
- But you did not press the scripture again before it was officially presented. It was therefore necessary at the last moment-degree tilt of the remaining sentence that was favorable to the Swedish snus, says Aftonbladet source.
If you hold up the side of a lamp, you can read what it said from the beginning:
"An increased incidence of oral cancer has been detected among snus users in North America, but not as clearly in Sweden."
After tipping exandet sentence reads:
"An increased incidence of oral cancer has been detected among snus users."
Available in few copies
Following the publication was printed signature on one more time. The tipping exade version is thus only in the few specimens that were presented at the announcement 2004th
The doctored report forms, according to Aftonbladet experience, remains a significant part of the knowledge that the European Commission has about Swedish snus.
"One must not flanka"
Many Swedes is thanked in the report, including Professor Hans Gilljam, snuff critics at the Karolinska Institute and at the same time advise the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, which manufactures anti-nicotine drug Champix, which Aftonbladet earlier reported.
- I am not aware of the report, but I know of another who came later as I participate in as a writer, he says.
Is it normal to change in academic texts in the EU reports?
- No, the lyrics supposed to be on a scientific basis. There is not much leeway. You may not flanka,-says Giljam.
Paul Nordgren from think tank Tobacco Facts, funded by the Public Health Institute (FHI), has written a piece in the report.
He also thanked the ENSP, but could not be reached for comment.
I assume that this has also happened to the EU's own "SCENIHR" study, which is a weird piece of science. You see hundreds of accurate statistics and charts clearly showing the harmlessness of smokeless tobacco, and everything is mainly commented with the old "all tobacco is evil - blah blah", as if the authors didn't want to see the truth or rather as if they wanted to fool unobservant readers (decision makers?).
The full SCENIHR-study is here: http://ec.europa.eu/health/ph_risk/c...nihr_o_013.pdf
Cheers!
