Awhile back, I made a post entitled "Fake Snus" in which I wrongly claimed that because GN tobacco was fermented, not pasteurized, it posed some health risk. I was ignorant of the underlying statistics (which you all corrected me on).
Since then, I have given GN snus another chance, and been simply blown away. Olde Ving is a really well balanced snus that I have come to appreciate over the past week I've had a can open. It's notably less salty than most snuses. But I really have to tip my hat at Oden's Original portion. All I can say is, WOW. This snus is not salty, but peppery, and once I figured out how to process the new flavor, I was stunned. Complex notes of... something... underlie the pepper. This is a phenomenal snus, easily one of my top three. It makes Ettan WP, which had previously been among my favorites, seem boring by comparison. This is truly a fantastic snus.
So, Mr. GN, you have my humblest apologies. I did not know of what I spoke. I am now less ignorant.
