To stark or not to stark. That is the question.

So after starking it for well over a year and enjoying it i found little problems until it was hard to get the brand i liked. I am now used to 8mg again after a long time but i'm due to stock up soon and my stark brand should be available: so what do i do? Get back on the starks? What are the pros/cons of 8mg Vs starks.

(i was hoping with the drop down to 8mg it would make it easier after taking a snus out for the nic to get out my blood so i could have a smoke - but i'm not sure if that's true and haven't tried it yet.)

    What do you think?

Just to add: my heart rate seems to be the same on either.

I love starks ... as a nicotine addict I find it hard to tell whether it's the nicotine speaking to me or the rich tobacco flavour and slight lip burn that I love. I wish you could get the same kind of taste with an 8mg portion because it has to be better for your heart long-term but until I perfect that recipe I'm sticking with the starks.

Sometimes wrong and sometimes right .... but ALWAYS certain!!!

IMO, starks have too much nicotine in them for regular use. BUT, when it is stronger, you use less portions each day than you would with a lower nicotine brand. Then I don't think it is a problem. It is however if you chain them like I did before.

But it's like this, a lös snus user often uses more than 1 gram per prilla, which makes it similar to a strong/ES portion, nicotine-wise. So I don't see how strong portions are different really from lös snus in that matter.

For me though, I stick with regular strength portions and a few strong/ES portions each day. Before I used ES portions like I do regulars now, and it was just too much. I love the flavor in ES though.

Starks are generally harder on your mouth. The negatives to starks are minor imo, but there none the less. If I couldn't live without them, I wouldn't feel too bad about it, but I'd prefer not to use them.

                  Go stark.

I'm mostly using regulars these days, and crash through them compared to when I was using starks.

I wish V2 would do a stark portion to fill that gap between regular and extra stark.

                    Frosted Long+ is 12 mg.

Yeah, tried them, don't like the frosted flavour or the long portion size

Should have clarified, I meant a traditional flavoured stark, in a regular portion size. Phantom Classic or Brown Stark would suit me down to the ground.
