Ok. WOW. This is where my noob status shines through. I didn't even know about that. All the brands i tried and like were on the display shelves near the counters. So i just bought it there and carried on to my gate. I will explore more on my next trip.

Could you not buy a good sized amount (a year's stash), box it there in Sweden, and then mail it back to yourself?

Yup no reason why not, esp if within the EU to the UK will go straight through no issues, friends of mine have sent snus to me from sweden in the past so I know it works.

can't see why not, although if its for commercial reasons then you may run into issues but sending it to yourself for personal use would be fine.

You can send to friends, right? We're all friends here. Sticker price plus £10 for the trouble would go a long way towards helping a friend visit Sweden :^)

Ha. At that point your technically becoming a small business. But seriously, you don't get ID'ed when you send packages so thats not an issue. But you probably cant ship that many for the same reason Drug smugglers don't just ship huge quantities of heroin around the globe. I think you start to get noticed

Not sure of all brands, but in Malmö at my shop.

LD portion costs 156 SEK for 10 tins.
Kaliber portion 156 SEK for 10 tins.

I think Knox and Kapten snus costs less.

Last time I bought Lucky Strike it was about 325 SEK for 10 tins.

Loose costs more due to weight.

If you can fly to copenhagen instead, go ahead, the train to Malmö costs 210 SEK for a round trip and takes 15 minutes and they run 24/7.

Customs is not an issue inside EU.

let me see would you handcuff your self to the swedish embassy's doors untill they give you lot's of rolls of premium snus to make you leave peacefully and with out any more protesting ?

Looks like our EU folks could group into buying teams of say 5 + the buyer

Place a year or half year order

one team member goes and buys the snus and ships it....then divides the shipping cost plus the train/air cost 5 ways (his part is free since he had to go through all the hassle)

the trick is to find the number of members where the group is big enough to make it cost effective and small enough to make it manageable.

I bet you could even get on good terms with a shop owner who would pre pull your order prior to your arrival.

Thus one email + pick up + 5 boxes + ship = done
