I made an order from Northerner for 25 cans of Thunder Frosted Los and a prismaster. When a second package of 25 cans of los and a Prismaster came to my doorstep I was pretty shocked. I called them up ( I believe I talke to someone named Nikki) and they canceled the charge for the second "order" and told me to keep the Snus. Now I have 49 1/2 cans of los sitting in my refridgerator. I figured they were so nice I'd share the story here.

On a related note, are there any tricks to freezing los or is it the same as with portions (just vacuum sealing)?

Yeah, no so much awesome as they just screwed themselves. They cannot accept returned snus, and can't charge you for an order you didn't make.

I ordered all 3 icetools in ss from the Northerner. They arrived, and there was a scratch on the 4ml one. So they sent out another one. Simple. PERSONALLY I cannot fault Northerner...yet.

over the years I bet i have gotten 75-100 free cans of snus from notherner because of their mess ups. it has it's pros and cons. pros are free snus. cons are the times i've been out of snus waiting on them to send my order. i remember one time I got a free roll of snus. i was out of my brand for weeks waiting on them to send the right order to me. northerner has always "made it right" but i have spent a lot of time without snus waiting on them too.

What is Kretek? Oh and so they got rid of our conduit to them. Great. Kinda like when Fredrick left.... Place is a mess... Oh and by the way every time they mess up and have to give away free snus effects the bottom line which means we all end up paying more in the long run. I'd much rather pay a fair price as low as possible and have things go right....... Rather than I hope they eff up again so i can get some welfare snus......
