In the incredibly rare case something goes amiss (everyone is human, even Moe Unz), they will take care of you with a hell of lot more than a 15% off coupon. The 3 items specified in the SnusCentral Statement of Work as being absolutely critical: The best customer service experience in the industry, selling only fresh snus; absolutely NO expired/near expired product ever, and shipment within 24 business hours.

    Since you're interviewing, I thought you might like their resume.

            We should make a new buysnus/snuscentral/snusauction thread. I have to admit that snusauction is a favorite of mine. I love it when Ettan los shows up. The shipping and service at snusauction are fantastic but they only auction Swedish Match. It would be nice to see other brands on there like Granit even if it is close to the expiration date.

              Hi everybody. This is my first post (obviously). I only had one issue with Northerner in the past. They didn't send me my full order. I immediately contacted by credit card company and told them to only pay for what I received and then sent them an email. Well, I ended up getting my money back and an apology. From that moment on, I got first class service.

              As for their new site, it is possibly the worst business website I have ever been on. I tried to place an order and the only payment option available was a bank transfer. Eff that. I wrote a complaint about five days ago and haven't received a response yet. I have decided to move to another site. Whichever site has the best deals when I need snus will get my business.

              If you have other options, you shouldn't use them, but if you do, don't wait more than a week for your order. A week passes, cancel the order, contact your credit card company and then them, and place a new order at another site.

                  I just got package 1 of 2 of Swedish match (I placed the order on the 6th oct lol) from the Northerner. I await the second package. If it arrives, I'll order again. I don't really care about the delays, as long as it arrives; i don't panic-buy snus.

                    I'm sure a lot of you have seen this already, but in case you didn't get this email a few minutes ago, here it is:

                    We are aware that some of you have been waiting for you orders longer than you should have to and we apologise for this. When we launched our new site there were some techical problems that caused some trouble for us. Those problems have now been resolved but due to this some orders have been delayed and we are doing our best to keep up and send all orders.

                    We are also aware that some of you have waited a long time for responses to the questions you sent to our customer support department. We are truly sorry about these delays. We have hired extra staff to cope with this and we will answer all of your tickets.

                    We are currently working hard to send out all orders. There has been some delivery delays to our warehouse that has caused some more delays for some of our customers and we are very sorry about this. But all orders will be shiped.

                      Let's just hope their business takes off. Northerner is about the only way for EU customers to get most of the brands.
                      I'm three weeks into the shipping, so I guess I still have some time to wait. I ordered three SM cans just to test the line of communication. If it goes through, I'll order more.
                      But they should set up something in Jersey.
                      If you live in the EU, you have to have some storage space and plan in advance. A bit of a hassle, but you don't have to go to the tobacco shop every day, which is a bonus.

                        i'll always come here to verify my snus suppliers, you are my brethren in this mystery that freed me from cigs and will remain so. i weep that i can no longer order from getsnus, i suckled from them and now i must find the new "momma". as long as they make it all good with you all then they will have my highest laurels and i will always remember them fondly. it's tough to do this snus stuff with the government and all particularly when it is ignorant of the health consequences of snus which translated equates to nil. so much for ignorance.

                        treat your customers well northerner, we trusted you and in my experience you never did me wrong.

                        k, i'll catch you people on the flip side, i've researched and i'm gonna go with snuscentral and see how they do. i'll come here to cry if they bend me over. lol!

                            Today a recived a appolagy from northerner about delayed shipments and not replying to my tickets. In the end they are saying that they hope to regain my trust. They just might, couse they are the only ones to ship in Europe.

                              To anyone outside the US this system does work but you need to plan at least 1 month in advance due to local customs' clearance issues. At least you can still get your favourite brands. No other snus webshop is offering this service to date. That is all.
