White Vs. Regular portion snus

So I'm making up my 2nd ever order of snus, trying to get a variety of loose and portion, xtra strong, strong, and regular. I realized that I'd completely left white portions out of my order. But I had some of the American General white portions left and tried one. I never thought much of these, probably because it takes a while before you get any flavor. But this last time I noticed that once you get it going, it produces a nice consistent flavor for a long time.

What is the consensus regarding the white portions? What is the logic behind them? Are there any white portion brands that are considered a "must try" because they are better than the loose or portion versions?

Some say they last longer, but I think it depends on use style. I don't notice they last longer with the way I use snus. I'm not a fan, but some snus is only available as a white. Tre Ankre is pretty good, and you may like he Göteborgs varieties.

I use my portions in the left and right side centered above the canine tooth. For me some whites last longer, while others last half the time. I don't know why this happens. This is just my $0.02.

Also, I really like Göteborgs. Rape is an odd name for something though.

Rapé is a style of nasal snuff ground on a rasp, and fairly coarse. I imagine the name comes from that somehow.

Si. Far more than it should be.

It does depend mostly on style weather it drips or not. It is drier so it will last longer, but one misplaced sip of coffee and you're into the regular portion realm straight away.

I prefer the white portion at work due to the ability to control the juice longer. Sometimes meetings go on and on...
