General Sterk: Odd Review..thoughts, anyone?

I appreciate your reviews on General Sterk. I have not tried General Sterk yet, I am finding I enjoy Nick and Johnny Portion and Skruf Strong Portion, Do you think I would be happy with them?
I have General Onyx which I will have every now and then and have tried General white which just didn't do it for me.
So is the new taste different enough That I should try them?

This is snus we are talking about, so of course I think you should try it. :lol:

Seriously, I too am not a huge fan of General White. It's something I think I should like but just never got into it much. I definitely like the Sterk better.

The Sterk will be much more mild than Skruf Stark. The Skruf has just gotten too much for me, so I am glad for a more mild strong portion. I doubt I will ever like anything moe than N&J, but I do find that if I overdo the N&J, even that starts to get a bit to strong in taste for me.

I just love variety. I have over 80 snus tins in my freezer for goodness sake, at least 25 different kinds. So clearly, I prefer to have as many GOOD options as I can. So for me, Sterk is a welcome addition to the stable.

But if you use strong, try it at least.

The funny part about General for me is that Onyx was my first Snus. I had 2 camel pouches about 6 months before and 2 triumph pouches the night before but my first real day of only snus was Onyx.

I mean this stuff was terrific. However, i have since had other brands and found that i love gotlands yellow and pretty much anything they make overthere.

I have also tried n&j west and found i love the flavor it has for a sterk and made sure to order some.

However, since tryign N&J finaly i am really pissed that they discontinued the N&J los version. I am very partial to Los and thats all i use at home.

I use portions only when out and about or if im drinkin with friends but man sooooo many good los brands have been killed off it seems this year and im upset because i didnt get to try any of them.

I am much looking forward to my General Sterk arrival to try it for the first time. I really enjoyed the Onyx and am eager to see how this compares for me. too bad about the Nick and J los, I too never got to experience it. If the West wasn't more expensive for less portions, I'd empty a can and make my own los out of it, I bet tha'd be tasty

I think it tastes like the Onxy base without the added flavors. I can't say that I like it too much. Not even close to as good as General Regular Portion.

I love General Sterk! Fantastic snus.

I was guitar tech-ing for a friends band, and had only my can of General Sterk for the night. I ended up going through about 6 portions during the evening. The next day, I went for my Onyx and just about gagged. The Sterk is so smooth and tasty, I think that it's roll-worthy . Sorry, I'm drunk again.
