    Favorite snus from small companies?

Excluding the big companies (V2, SM, odens snus, etc...)

My favorite from a small company still making snus is Oden's 59 Kanel portion. From a company no longer in existence, Gellivare!

Yes and no. Gellivare is still in business but they're now selling kits for you to make your own snus. Back in 2010, they stopped making the cans of snus for the retail market. They also made a brand called Landstroms which is also no longer made. You can purchase a kit from Gellivare but at $2500 USD.......a bit too rich for my blood. Below is a pic of both cans.

They have a rough kit, which would be Landströms, but what's up with the prices? That can't be right unless they don't want to sell snus. Hell, I could fly to Sweden and pick up some Ettan from the airport at those prices :^D

Aside from this, which is a big favorite of mine, I also like Pioneer.

I'd bet it's good. Their cigars are fantastic. But we can't get the snus here in the US due to the old, outdated trade embargo on Cuba.

It's pretty good, had a few cans when I was in Sweden a few years back but, not what you would expect from a taste standpoint. Tastes nothing like the cigars, more of a tobacco/lemon flavor. Nice and close to General Onyx with less saltiness IMO. :-)

It really can't be right lx. It says £1500 so I'm figuring close to $2500. I mean they made a really good product and unless the kit includes gold snus cans....definitely not worth the price but, like you said......has to be a mistake. :-)

Montecristo is pretty good but nothing to write home about. The can itself is pretty sweet though. All metal except for the catch lid which is on the bottom and made of plastic.

The lössnus was more special than the portions imo. It had a flavor profile similar to Gotland Gul lös, but with a darker tobacco background flavor. If I could have gotten it without dicking with customs, I'd have used it more. The way things are now, it would be my primary snus, as there isn't much bergamot snus available to the USA.
