This serves as a bump. I'll also put it in the OP...

        L N5
I'm assuming this is lime, and the number is a batch code. I say assuming because it doesn't taste like the lime I'm used to from America. It has lime characteristics, but it reminds me more of pine, or spruce needles. It tastes the way Bernard Fichtennadel smells. This is actually a pleasant surprise. Slightly tart, and a bitter peel flavor. IAs is typical for all the GN snus I've had, the flavoring was added with a light hand. I especially like that it favors the bitter side, rather than being sweet. Very well done. Hitting 3:3 so far, but we still have the melons coming up. I'm not a big fan of fruit outside of citrus. I /like/ them, but they typically aren't something I want with tobacco, and wouldn't normally buy them myself. The three I've had so far I would absolutely put my money down for, especially the Bowmore.

I wasn't expecting to be part of this thread as I don't remember asking for any freebies... but I just got a can of the Lime loose in the the post anyway.

            Thank you GN! Top man.

I agree with lxskllr - it's very aromatic indeed and I thought it was bergamot or pine flavoured until I deciphered the challenging handwriting on the label

Whatever it is .. it was unexpected and gratefully recieved ... and I like it a lot.

            Cheers

                Watermelon
First taste is Jolly Rancher watermelon sans sweetness. It doesn't have a bit of sweetness, and the salt is noticeable which gives it a unique character for those familiar with the candy. It's quite tart, but mellows nicely after 15 minutes or so. This is a good snus fr those that like watermelon flavor. It's different, and the lack of sweetness is a great change. Personally, I'm not a fan of watermelon. This is a snus I'd buy the occasional tin of, and not by the roll. I could see me using a tin or two of this through the warm weather months. I'd highly recommend this for people that like flavored snus. It's great that it doesn't have sweetener. For those that like more traditional fare, I'd proceed with caution. Everyone should have a tin, but I wouldn't recommend a roll buy off the start.

                    Last one

                    Sweet Melon

I was expecting something with artificial sweetener, but was pleasantly surprised. What it tastes like to me is a toned down watermelon(Jolly Rancher), with a subtle back taste of cantaloupe. The tartness is toned down in this, and it doesn't taste quite as salty. The differences between the two aren't very great, but I think I prefer this one. It's just a bit mellower, and the flavor is a bit more complex. Again, this isn't something I look for in a snus flavor, but those that like melon should really dig this.

I came home to a pleasant surprise - a sample of Lime lös. Thank you GN!

lxskllr is right on with his review. It is a very pleasant snus and it pairs very well with a cold beer. Count me as another one who will order quantities of this if/when it hits the market.

Thanks you Mr GN! I'm enjoying some Lime los as I type this. Very nice snus. The smell was not what I expected, but the taste is excellent. Not sweet just a nice lime with a hint of evergreen tones.

                                Coffee Los

OK, I thought I would be trying the Islay Los first but I am saving it for Christmas. So for starters I went with the Coffee los.

The coffee flavor is well balanced. It does not overwhelm the tobacco and might even be a bit understated. The Tobacco is deep and rich with a natural sweetness that adds nicely to the blend. The whole thing is tied together nicely by the cream which seems to blend all the various parts together into a well-conceived whole.

The only Coffee Snus that I ever had was V2’s Coffee and Vanilla (which I really liked). To me this is exactly what the los version of that snus would taste like. If GN ever put this in portions, I think PP would be one happy man. This is some good snus

My only suggestion would be to bring the coffee flavor up a bit more. My reasoning though has less to do with the blend itself (which is superbly balanced as is) and more to do with marketing. My thinking is this: because it is the only coffee snus even under consideration and there is no other coffee snus on the market, I think it needs to say “coffee” first and foremost when you put it in your mouth. In other words, stress (rather than downplay) what makes this snus distinct from all the others (i.e. the coffee).

However, that said…………if GN did nothing and simply put it on the market as is………….it would be an immediate roll buy for me. I truly hope he will release this soon. This is a fantastic, well balanced, and top notch snus. It will be a much needed and fine addition to the los offerings out there. When it finds its way to the shops you owe it to yourself to pick up a few tins to try.

The ol Dog gives this one 4 paws!!!

                                Another masterpiece

                                Thanks GN
