To much Snus/nicotine leg sore?

For some reason the last 2 days my upper legg has been extremely sore, anyone else get this?

also i took 4 ibuprofen did not help at all

Nope - I'd doubt it's snus unless you've gone from cigarettes straight to 'Extreme' in which case I wouldn't be surprised if your head imploded spontaneously creating a black hole.

Lol i went from smoking a week of snuff then about 6 days of the local general in the us to the es and extreme....so technically? But my head didnt implode. Lol

Extreme does all kinds of weird things to me. I only use it 3-4 times a week. Always after a meal. On an empty stomach it throws me for loops!
