What's Jakobsson's site to do the review? I can't find that sheet that came with my samples...I'm sure the wifey just pitched it!

I finished my can of 549, good stuff. I liked it a lot! I just put in my first portion of 152...So far pretty dang close to 549, maybe a little more peppery.

Well I sure had a call for that 549 this morning.Strong! I bravely revisited and with coffee and all rise and shine stuff I'm rockin and rolling. Big plans! Ha ha. Let's Go! It's medicinal but then all snus is to me really. I'm making progress as far as actually liking it because things tend to grow on you. it meaning snus in general, not ajackobsons which is growing on me, especially since grabbing portions is a luxury around here. Yeah well, so I even been using Makala and Chema I ordered of Mr. Snuff ( curious I am, always) and its getting better to me but must put in tea bag.

OK I must be off here. I have not tried the others yet but the 549 seems to have a hint of sour apple flavor to me. It is slightly bitter but not in a bad way. More salt would be nice but it is definitely tasty. I don't think I would use this as an all day snus, more of a morning snus. I do like the fact that it does not taste sweet or like candy in any way. I can't wait to try the others!

I got my package today, thanks Jimmy and big sorry because of some things that I haven't done, the work is killing me, past 3 months I have been home for 5 days maybe...

Now to the snus- For starters I have to say that it seems that the package got here on 26th March, so the moisture levels are probably bit off. Just opened 247, the smell reminds me freshly mowed nettle, with some hints of wet mud (it's not a bad thing at all). Basically Jaks classic without citrus, also if you sniff it really deep into lungs a massive pepper hit follows. Portions are in good size and oh how I love this soft material! It has to be a strong portion, I'm guessing 17+ mg/g because it hits pretty hard. Taste is mild, even very mild (maybe due to the low moisture) but I'm getting the same earthy taste as in aroma. Overall a good strong classic snus.

Will update when I get around trying the other two samples.

152- Upon opening the can, the smell is much more intense than the 247 had, it kind of smells fresher and crisp, like a cold winter morning. Not as strong as 247, 7-9mg/g maybe. Pepper is much more present, under the lip it burns quite good, touching it with tongue leaves a nice pepperish taste aswell, fläder taste is very present- maybe thats why others tasted the apple. Don't know is it just me or it really has some orange notes in it aswell

Its weird, they all tasted like variations on Jakobsson's Classic, to me. Didn't get pepper or flader from any of them.

549- this one smells just like Jaks Classic, bergamot is there and everything. Also the portions seem to be bit longer than 157 has (can't compare to 247, left it at work). Burn isn't that strong and also I don't get that much nicotine as 247 had, so I'm guessing it is between 10 and 15 mg/g. Tastes like bergamot, it has to be a copy of Jakobssons Classic.

I honestly liked all of these and think they would all do great in production.

The 152 has a classic snus taste with the pepper note playing in the foreground
The 549 was very similar to the 152 but seemed to have the citrus note playing more predominantly. Both the 152 and the 549 reminded me of Gotlands of old (they both had that nice herbal undertone but without as much bitterness)

The 247 had more of a Jakobsson flavor to it with may be a bit of the fruit element in the background. That said it was very well balanced and did not detract from the nice tobacco flavor. This one was the strongest in nicotine but was not overwhelming.

If I had to choose one it would be the 549 with 247 coming in second. But I really do hope all of them will make it to market. I could see these as a new series or line (like the 01/02 series from Swedish Match). You have two fantastic classic snus types and a Stark to start off with. I think each of these would find a very loyal following.

All of them A++ All of them winners in my book.

I've only tried 2 so far 247 and 549. I like them both and more than Jacs strong. Either would be roll buys for me but the 247 I seem to go for more often it's not as drippy..... I think the 549 would be better in a white portion.....

Just finished off the 549...I must have had a wicked cold before, cause the flader flavor is very prominent. Not sure how I missed it before.

A good friend here sent some of these to to try, and I have the 549 in now. I screwed up by eating oranges right before putting it in, so it messed up my initial taste, but I like it. It reminds me of Jakobssons classic without bergamot. There seems to be a hint of fruit in there, but perhaps it's leftover orange? In any case, it's outstanding. Not so much for what it is, but for what it isn't. Nothing weird, no sweetness, it's just classic snus. It's something I could use all day, and the flavor wouldn't be too much.
