So I ordered from Northerner last week, 11items, 2 day air. Naturally, when I didn't receive it by today, I felt to need to find out why.
So, I created a trouble ticket on their website asking what was up.
Within an hour, I had a response. It was explained that two of the items I had ordered were not in stock. Now, we all know that they have a history of showing more stock than they have, and I thought they had ironed out that issue. Regardless, within two hours of my initial complaint, the two items that were out of stock were cancelled, and the rest of the order was processes and SHIPPED. I have the invoice in my email.
So while Northerner may still have a couple of issues to sort through, I would like to give them credit where credit is due, they are trying.
However, I haven't completely forgiven them yet; I will let you all know what the quality of the snus is like when it gets here.
