    U.S. Market Swedish Snus

Alright guys, so I don't know if it is an isolated incident or what, but my friend found metal pieces in his tin of Offroad Liquorice Loose made for the U.S. market. I've generally been pretty satisfied with V2 products, so this is an unpleasant surprise. I watched as my friend pulled out the metal pieces from the snus in his tin. Anything like this ever happen to you guys?

That's no good. Was it bought at one of the stores V2 is selling at in North America or ordered off a website??

Crazy. I remember one order arriving with a couple rolls and a few loose cans. My can of N&J was already cracked open so I tossed it straight in the trash just incase. If it was a sealed can and you found metal in you should probley get ahold of V2 because that's pretty serious stuff man.

No kidding, man, I agree. That is what I told my friend. He's convinced it was a third party, but I don't know man.

I purchased a can of los frost thunder which was half full and dried out last week. The guy working at that place did not speak English very well so I will just take the hit verses going back to argue for a refund.

Sounds like a machine problem at the factory. Just to make sure, the lakrits lös gets some silvery crystals on top that dissolve when touched. It's not that, right?

Chances are he would be unhappy anyways because after all, it's Offroad Liquorice. Get some photos of said metal pieces and we can look into this further

Maybe he likes offroad liqourice. And do you work for V2 or something? What are you going too look into?

@dman i would tell your friend to at least send an email or make a call to V2. If there was metal shavings of some sort it prob came from one of their machines like lxskllr said. He might even get some free stuff from them. If it was me i would def raise hell over it lol.

I would spread that can of snus out,and pass a magnet over it.
Better yet sift it through a screen/sieve.
                      Loose or portions?

contact v2 and let them know. they do care. one time i bought two cans of some of their snus. it tasted like trash and it got under my skin. I developed one of those "i ain't taking this bs" frame of mind. I wrote them nicely and told them. It's important that it is clear that I was nice and did not even ask for anything. In like three days I opened the mail box and they had sent me replacement cans. I was blown away. If they cared about my "problem" they will sure care about yours.
