    Red Man and Longhorn dip

I noticed that Redman and Longhorn American Dips are made by Swedish Match and the Longhorn even has the "ashtray" lid.
Can these be safely "snused" in the upper lip or would it be dangerous and a huge risk of stomach cancer?
    Thanks for any advice.

Dips are almost on par with snus as far as TSNAs go. You should be able to find the exact numbers on SMs site. On the rare times I use Copenhagen, I spit a couple times when I first put it in, and swallow the rest. I don't feel I'm exposing myself to great risk.

That was my worry whether or not swallowing would be a potential hazard. I love the General Snus but am wanting to try some of the Red Man but spitting ain't my thing.

I only spit cause it's a bit strong in the beginning. I don't absolutely have to, but it's more comfortable on my stomach if I spit a couple times. I dislike spitting also; at least indoors. I find the concept of spit cups sitting around the house kind of gross.

Redman fine cut natural is the only dip I've tried that I could treat the same as loose snus. It's not quite as "bakeable" as loose but you can upper-deck it pretty easily. It's pretty tasty too - I just wish they would make it in long cut.

I tried the Longhorn long cut and the Timber Wolf pouches today....both taste like total crap. I guess if Snus gets impossible to find I will use Cannonball. I can at least tolerate the taste of it
