EU Health ministers will help us?

I would like to know if someone of you have contacted to your contrie´s health ministers to try to get helped with the ban of the snus in the EU.

I have sent an email to the Spanish Health minister but I don´t know if this will help or not. Have anyone get a reply from them when contacting?

I wrote to my MEP and my MP (who is a cabinet memeber) about snus, both actually seemed positive and think harm reduction should be pursued. They did say that using tobacco to do it sounded questionable, so i directed them to all the research and asked them to speak to Swedish MEPs and look at all the info available proving how much safer snus is, compared to ecigs which we don't know much about. The evidence is there now for snus and nasal snuff (the WHO even say there is no identifible risk from using snuff and cancer). So there are open minded people out there in the coridoors of power.

There´s a lot of lobbies in the european parliament pressing politicians to get what they want, and tobacco lobby is very powerful, I think that´s the only reason for this stupid ban, so I don´t have any hope that this will end soon, anyway we have to try all we can
