Chevron in Davis Ca. carries General. No big sale but I believe I paid about $5 for a can of OP which isn't bad.

You don't need to pray for UPS when you buy from reputable stores when they say it will be there it is......

+1000 I will add that ATM and for the past year Northerner is not and has not been reputable, So go with one of the others and you will get all of your order super fast...
