How much $ do you spend on Snus a month?

Dear Snusers,

I am curious to know how much money you spend on Snus a month because my expenditure appears to be crazy those days.
I average 3 rolls of portion snus (Thunder Extra Strong) a month with 2 people in the household snusing (my wife and me)
We chain snus quite often with periods of 1 portion an hour.
In total we average about 120€ of snus a month

What's your expenditure?

With my tremendous stash, gifts, and trades, I haven't bought snus in a long time. If I lost it all, I use about 100g per week, so that would be 1 roll per month.

In conjunction with vaping and snuff, a tin of los will last me a week easily. Same for dip. You do the math.

This! I have a humongous stash so don't need to buy any, i do from time to time re-stock stuff I am low on, a tin of portion susually last me about a week, loose about 2 weeks.

I average about 11 cans a month. Thanks to the promotion that Swedish Match offered in my area the cost is $11.88 a month (if my stash doesn't all go bad sitting in the freezer).


If I had paid the full retail price of $3.81 a can the monthly cost would be $42.

Wow, you guys managed to make me feel like a real fool who needs a snickers right now. Honestly, I am spending so much $$ a month on snus. Since I am a chain snuser I am not surprised.
I live in Belgium, so snus is very expensive to order. I usually order from www.snus.de spending at least 100€ for snus a month.
Do you have any recommendations how I can save money on snus yet keep snusing the way i do?

You aren't spending that much. 15€ per week, per person. Far less than most smokers spend. If you still want to shave some pennies, you can keep the snus in longer, switch to lössnus, grow your own tobacco, and make your own snus. Otherwise, if you aren't going hungry, and you enjoy the snus, I wouldn't worry about it. You have to spend the money somewhere, and snus is as good as anything.

You could order from snusline, they have free shipping, so you will save some money on that.

lynx, I believe Skell18 had some good advice. I looked at Snusline.com. They have your brand for 24.90 EUR a roll. If you don't get tagged by hidden charges such as customs, this would be a good savings.

heders, since you live in Sweden, do you mainly buy your snus retail? Can you buy it in volume at a lower cost per can?
