How much snus do you use?

Somewhere between maybe 12 portions to a whole can. Whole can days are usually drinking days. I pretty much chain snus all day once I have my first one. It can be more or less depending on how moist my mouth is that day.

I've got kind of an odd pattern lately where I snus 3-4 days a week then not at all on the others, on days I snus it is usually 3 portions a day.

About 6-8 portions or prillas of los per day....

So a can of portions lasts me 3 or 4 days, while a can of los lasts a week or so.

Anywhere from 6 to 12 prises a day depending on stress levels and snuff usage. A can of los can last up to five days if I am relaxed and hitting the snuff. I do have an icetool on the way so better measurement should mean the los lasts longer.

I use around 4 medium pinches every day. One in the morning with a cup of coffee, one in the afternoon when I am gaming computer games, and one or two during night when I want to relax.

Q: Do you really get a buzz every time you take a pinch / pris? Because I don't.. So I even out my snus use throughout the day just to get the buzz.

You read my mind. That pretty much pins down my usage pattern as of now along with its basis. Except mainly portions in my case.

i may use 4-5 portions a day. two before lunch, one after, and maybe 2 after dinner...but that time between lunch and dinner is always easier for me to wait it out....dunno why....the girl is not fond of my snusing, but i'm not quitter, so around her it's usually 1 on the way to her place, 1 around her, and 1 when i'm leaving to go home....

About one tin a day, but not all from the same tin. Probably 8 sterks, 8 regular and 8 white or mini portions.

regs. 1 just doesn't give me the fix I need, but wit two I can only keep it in for like 10 minutes. maybe I need 1 reg and one mini lol
