    Great to hear that!

Phantom was developed special to Swedish consumers, and it sell pretty good in Sweden (also in the online stores)!

      Hi Sagedil!

Someone emailed me about Triumph and stated: Triumph is apparently made by Lorillard in partnership with Swedish Match.

      a. Is that true?
      b. Why can't you get it anymore?
      c. What's the general story about Triumph? (short is OK )

      Thanks, Mr. ULZ

Triumph is made by Swedish Match. It's in the exact same can as General Sterk. same spiral pattern with the portions. The label is different of course.

It is being test marketed by Lorillard on a trial basis in portions of Georgia and Ohio so far.

Let's all hope it is successful enough to roll out nationwide in the states.

For now unless you live where it's being marketed you need some kind soul who does to send you some.

I like how corse the snus is cut with the phantom it reminds me of the texture of copenhagen snuff (silver lidded can). Its great for lower lipping as well.

I agree captnc. I love the texture of all of them. It is nice and coarse, yet it stays together better than any los I have ever tried.

My fridge looks like a V2 showcase... Roll of Phantom Classic, 1.5 roll of Blue, .5 roll of Cran, can of Blue portions, Can of long-cut pure tobacco... The only non v2 stuff in there right now is a can of Triumph and a can of Copenhagen.

I have 4 cans of Grov(los) and 2 cans of General(los) in my freezer that I'd happily trade for Offroad or Phantom.

You guys should hook Xobeloot up with some stuff. He's done a lot to get people on the forums here to try your snus, as opposed to me who tries to discourage that at every opportunity :^P

I've bailed on your portions, but thanks to Xobeloot I tried your liquorice lös, and it'll be a regular for me. I think there's some other people here that have made Phantom a regular due to Xobeloot's evangelizing.

Xobeloot's a good resource to have, you should send him some free snus, or a T-shirt for his sales efforts ;^)

I like it. It is pretty close to the long cut flavor with the usual Offroad coarse grind.

One of blog readers is from Georgia. He says that they are giving away cans of Triumph with the purchase of a pack of cigarettes at gas stations. He also said they're not refrigerated, kept in a shipping box under the counter and are "dryer than Camel SNUS", probably because they're not in a fridge: just baking under the counter. He's going to bring me a few cans next time he's in Dallas.

I hope that's the exception and not the rule......

I would never had belived that anyone from US had the Offroad Liquorice on there regular list  .... It is a very typical Scandinavien taste.
                            But nice to hear!
Liquorices loose is also the most sold in Denmark (only allowed to sell loose in denmark)
