I decided to do an experiment and vape exclusively for a few days. Needless to say, I ended up breaking down and buying a tin of snus. Even though it was just a tin of General Wintergreen, it felt way more satisfying than vaping. I was also vaping mostly WTA. I love vaping, but I find that I much prefer snus. If I vape too much, I get headaches. The nic hit from snus is much more mellow.
Vaping vs. Snusing

I think it all depends on the person. For me I found certain types of snus are more satisfying then vaping (yes I started vaping and am actually glad I did) but I'd much rather vape then have certain types of snus as I never was a huge tobacco guy more so the nicotine involved in it. For example I much prefer a mint that masks the tobacco like General Mint then tasting straight up tobacco but to each their own. With vaping I get to have candy flavors with nicotine and that's right up my alley lol.

I strongly agree with Darwin in that they go extremely well together. I've been vaping zero nic ejuice and General regular portions in tandem for awhile. They work well together for me.If you have any problems with my posts or signature

Ecigs address the physical habituation aspects of smoking that any other form of tobacco simply cannot. Snus addresses those ineffable but all too real biochemical aspects that tobacco brings to the table in ways that ecigs have a fair amount of difficulty in accomplishing. Together they represent the safest and most effective double sucker punch to the smoking habit that has yet been devised. Keep calm and vape/snus on.

I always vape and snus at the same time. For me, snus gives me a real sense of satisfaction, whilst vaping basically just tastes and feels good, but doesn't really have any effect other than that. It's excellent combining the two when you're having a brew or four, to battle any cravings for cigarettes you might get (I don't really get them anymore though).

I think the e-cigs sound pretty interesting and I'm glad it's helped lots of people quit cigarettes but I went through hell to get over the habit aspect of smoking and I think they are a little too close to the real thing for me. I even missed the feeling of smoke entering my lungs for awhile after I quit which I imagine you get with vaping. I think I'll just stick to shoving tobacco in my mouth and up my nose

I lean to the whole tobbaco experience and prefer snus and snuff together. In fact I still love snuff but part of that is about not doing it very often, like 4 times a day a decent pile per nose. So in between I snus and I vape for the busyness aspect but really don't search for more and more nic, just throat hit. If I had to choose I'd go snus but without snuff it would be lacking...you can snuf snus so...and you can put snuff in a pouch so...guess I'm set if I had to choose

I am past the wanting to pretend smoke something or take anything into my lungs, it was easy to a point with snuff but snus got me over the hurdle, I have no plans on ever going back to inhaling anything other than the air around me.
