I store my portions in the freezer in a freezer bag. Is this the best for loose? If I freeze it can I still form it?

Frozen will be harder to form.
I use a can at a time (sometimes I might have two going but only if I am nearing the end of one of them). Before it is open I keep it in the freezer in a Ziploc......After it is open I keep it in the fridge (unless I am going out and about......then I have it with me).......however if you are one of those people that has 20 cans of los open at a time......I would think either in the freezer or in a humidifier (i.e. Tupperware container with a damp bit of sponge) will be the way to go......that said you might want to wait until a multi-canner comes along and tells you what works for them. When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

I vacuum seal bulk los in rolls and keep it in the freezer. When I need to open a new roll I transfer it to a ziploc and remove cans as needed. I do not refreeze in-use cans as I go through them in about 3-4 days and they do not dry out in that time.
Invest in an Icetool; they work equally well with frozen or thawed los. I actually like the feeling of that first frozen prilla under my lip. Frozen los is not a solid block of ice. 20 seconds in the microwave will loosen a can up sufficiently for hand baking.
