Julesnus Is Out!

Both V2 and Gotlandssnus varieties. My preference is Gotlandssnus, but they're different, and both are worth a try. The lössnus from Gotland looks like it's only at Northerner for the big suppliers. It comes in a 50g tin, and the tins are great to save for other snus. Hands down the best in the biz. I wish they'd bring back their lössnus year round. I still have some in the freezer, but one day it'll be gone, and that'll be a bad day :'^(

Got's actually has a los this year? Damn I was on buysnus wondering why they only were doing portions.
Honestly unless buysnus gets it i don't see myself ordering it. Although it's my favorite snus no matter what time of year I am not willing to trust Northerner with any more orders from me.

Dunno. I haven't been hearing any complaints lately. I can't order from Northerner due to my state, but the fact they have Jule lössnus, and Gringo would be enough to get me to try.

I have placed i believe 5 orders with Northerner when they were located in Penn or wherever on the East coast. Never did a package make it to me within 2 weeks, never was my order correct, I never received any help from customer service unless they responded to tell me i was a liar or that they just plain werent going to fix it, and my credit card info was used to make a purchase from another online retailer five minutes after placing one order with them which they ridiculed me for suggesting their site was not secure.
Got's los julesnus is not worth the hassle. I'd love to buy a roll or 2 from a member on here and I'd love to continue to give my business to buysnus if they get it....but I am never taking a gamble on Northerner again no matter how many pr reps come on here and say things have changed or how many members say it has.

I have 2 tins of Gotlands gul in the freezer lx, I can see myself using one of them, but I couldn't bring myself to use the last one! I prefer the gotlands julesnus too, it has a stronger flavour than the V2 but the V2 smells nicer!

Yeah, I just took a shot at ordering from Northerner (including both los julensnuses), and my experience was a mixed bag. They shipped the same day, but left out one tin that I was really excited to try (Oden's Original los) and sent another tin that was past its best-before date (Oden's Extreme 59 los). They only offered store credit for the missing/expired tins. On the plus side, they sent the 10th anniversary Skruf los even though they didn't specify that that was the Skruf in stock, and the Jak's Classic they sent was just off of the production line.

They are the only source I know of for a lot of lines, so if I like any of those that I ordered, I may give them another shot. Can't exactly say I recommend them.

Northerner do have us over a barrel ... and no mistake.

They were once a good company with a good reputation, swallowed up a massive slice of the competition, and have laughed in the face of good customer service for well over 2 years now.

They are the Tesco, Apple, Microsoft (delete as applicable) of snus now ... a massive player that knows that even if they piss people off - they still have enough clout and share of the market to do OK out of us. And I don't believe they care about us one iota.

I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot, f***ing jewel-encrusted barge-pole that shot piss out of the end of it (if they were on fire) .... cor blimey guv'nor, strike a light, apples and pears and all that!
