Those are my thoughts as well. General should come in one flavor(and not wintergreen :^D ). If they want other flavors, they can allude to the General name, but they should keep it distinct.

On the one hand, fewer fireworks than I was expecting, really. I had my hopes set on some kind of expansion for the US market, not sure why.
On the other hand, I'm finding myself really pretty excited about this snus. I love General op and wp, and having a chance to try a new blend in each of these formats is kind of cool. Smoky oak sounds especially delicious.

I'll order a few cans from Sweden, when it comes out. But, I think that they could expand their North American market, if they offered more selection in North America. All that I can find here now is Gen white portion, and Nordic Mint (not crazy about Nordic mint).

I'm sure it is a big deal...just not to me. If it was available at my shops here in NH, I would be excited. I don't order much online, now that I can buy Jakobssons and General locally.

I'm a little bummed about the news. I mean it's great for those that buy online and can get it, but bums like myself who don't own a credit or debit card cant get ahold of it.

            The U.S. needs a snus-only shop

I just did that as well!!!

Last Claq Qui...the last can of the Thunder Chrome OT5 and the last old label General Sterk Norwegian Edition.

Have room in the freezer for all the orders from Snuscentral and Buysnus and a box of Ziploc vacuum bags on hand. I seem to stock up on an annual basis.

                  Happy New Year to all!!!!

I have 3 tins of Claq left in the freezer, I have restricted myself to one tin a year, so claq had better be back in 2017!

I'll chime in as part of the crowd that thinks this announcement was a lame let down.

Was thinking more variety available to the US or new products for the US.

Not that it's just another Snus thatll be gone in a year that I have to pay $30 in shipping for.

Disappointed but I may order at some point in the year.

Kardus would've been a better announcement than this.

But thanks for the info Chad.

Me too. I was hoping maybe there would be Ettan in more stores considering they did it before. I would really like to see Grov or at least General ES in stores here in the states.

Yes, those three flavors would fill my bill.

I'm all in with the Smoky Oak, it sounds like my tastes and SM has not let me down yet.

As someone who does not really like bergamot, I am enticed by these announcements. A General snus with the bergamot toned down would be nice.

I was honestly let down as well. I buy locally, because I really cannot afford to order online anymore. I was hoping it was something that we could buy in store.
