I am very curious if this also (it must) relate to the online sale of cigars.
Cigars online are a huge market way, way beyond smokeless and ECigs for the consumer.
The consumer affected by this law would actually impact the very people who draft such laws in the first place.
My very limited knowledge with cigar "aficionados" is that primarily you are talking about the movie celebrity and wealthy showbiz and mega athletes, and the yacht type consumer.
Tamper with rich people buying their Davidoff Cigars, etc.... online, and I would think you are playing not only with fire but with people who sit down in expensive lounges with $50.00 bourbon shots and whatever.... and have personal contact with lawmakers themselves.
But then again........I don't really know.
