Which website is the best for a Californian to buy snus from? I've had great luck with snus central. Just looking for some others maybe with better deals

This! Can't speak to lil brown as I'm not in the US but you will have more of a selection at buysnus and northerner, but all 3 will be able to ship to you.

Lil Brown is good, but the selection is limited. Their General is often out of stock, but does get replenished.

Maybe California is different. Don't we already pay some form of tax when ordering online through any retailer?
Also there have got to be a billion easier ways to come up with 24 millions in a STATE than stopping online tobacco sales. There are probably 24 Millions dollars worth of salaries being paid to employees who you could find do nothing. I guess it's similar to working at a big corporation. You can say doing something will save 24 million but when the comapny makes several billion a year it really doesn't mean anything.
