I just got my order from Northerner, I ordered it on the 20th, and got it today.
anyway, I got
General los
Skruf stark los
Skruf stark portion
Wise white portion menthol/citrus
General white portion.
and a prismaster
I tried the General Los first, it was salty, and just weird to me, but I liked it.
I tried the Skruf second, tasted pretty much the same as the general, but burned more.
then I tried the wise. It was pretty good, very cooling.

I will try them again after they cool off in the freezer, I'm pretty sure the 90 degree Texas weather didn't help the flavor at all lol.

I agree...I haven't tried skruf stark los yet, but the portions burn the HELL out of my mouth. I can't use more than 2 or so in a day without some serious pain; lucky I don't really care for the flavor. I say give the General some time, though. I wasn't really sure I was into it the first pris or two I popped, but by day two or so, it was what I craved when I was wanting a snus. As far as temperature goes, a cold pris feels good in the mouth, but the flavor will stay very muted, if you get any at all, until it warms up. I keep my snus in the fridge overnight, but I take out whatever I'm going to carry with me in the morning, and it stays in my pocket, or on whatever desk I'm working at or on whatever counter I'm sitting at the whole day. Room temperature is definitely where the flavor is at, IMO. But everyone is different, so good luck to you!

Whenever I got it, I let 3 of my friends who were over at the time try it, and they all hated it. I am really glad though, because I bum like 5 cigs out of every pack to them, so at least they won't ask me for snus!
But, I am really diggin the skruf portions.
they burn real good.
I dipped occasionally, so I am used to the burn, and I really like it.

You know, I'm not saying the burn is a bad thing, just that Skruf Stark portions are like, mace in my mouth. And portions have so little flavor that it's just masochism to put one in. I have a can of Skruf Stark Los at home, and I'll try that, but their portions are definitely off my list for the time being.

I hear ya dude! Nobody can bum smokes from me on the street anymore! The University district in Seattle used to be particularly bad, with college kids and homeless folks trying to scam a smoke every few yards. Nobody even knew what snus was here, myself included, until Camel started print advertising. I have one buddy that's open to try my snus, especially when he's influenced by your namesake, but everyone else leaves me and my snus alone, I love it. Btw: try Elixyr 'energy' portion, it's a stark portion with caffeine, kinda tastes like a sweet cleaning product, but it saves me from gargling with RedBull when I get up before 6am PST

General los was the first snus I tried about a month ago. Really like that one, but Skruf Stark is great. Have it in now. Its a really good morning snus...kicks you in the ass like a good cup of coffee....or if you are up late like I am going to be tonight.

I would recommend Gotesburg Rape. Just finished my first can of that, and I think it is my favorite right now. I am just going through a bunch of brands right now to find what I like, so the fun is just starting for me.

As much as I dislike Ettan, you might want to try it. It has a VERY mello flavor (non at all to me) but a lot of people here seem to love it. I think I am the odd man out on that brand.

Welcome to the forum brah.

With regards to the burn, once you've been using it for 6 months or more, you literally won't get any burn at all anymore, or if you do... you don't notice it (at least this is my experience). Even with SS, all I get is flavor... but then I don't alternate my snus around. It's always top-left for me.
