      I tried Stockholm Ice, agree with Skell not a good experience. Far too weak at 4mg. Definitely did not meet my nic needs.

        Good news on the TillCe Mint U.S. initiative. Tillce Mint is now available in U.S. branded as NClub Super Mint http://us.northerner.com/nclub-xtra-...i-portion.html and drum roll.... 9mg vs the normal 6mg! These will be in my next order. Has anyone tried yet?

          This thread makes me need to ask.....is Northerner good to order from again? I know this sit turned into a madhouse the last time this question was asked but my supply is dwindling and I will most likely have to put in an order soon. Are people still getting those duties forms and/or experiencing slow shipping times here in the U.S?

            My last three orders have been through Northerner, and I've had no issues. Shipping has been fast, and the orders have been correct.

              O just f****** forget it. Went on northerner and i was amazed at how little the 100 cans of assorted snus was going to cost me. Then I go to pay......ooooo it said my grand total was this but shipping is an extra 75 bucks....then nope the price of each can magically went up by probably 20 cents. Still fine I go to still order and it can't validate my address.....then it can't "verify" me...I tried 5 or 6 times and it still can't verify the address or my birthday so i can't order. It says to contact support with no means of telling you how to do so. However because the sign up for newsletter is checked everytime it errors out trying to verify you I was opted into this newsletter that I did not consent to and I have already gotten 4 emails within 5 minutes.

              Northerner may have a better price but wow what a terribly run website. I know they contribute to keep snuson alive but this is pathetic. Put in an order with buysnus...more money....less selection but atleast they can accept my money in exchange for a product.....and looking at reviews from 2014 Northerner is still accepting money without ever sending a product from several of our snus brothers outside of the US. What a joke.

                If you're making a reference to the problems I had with a big Northerner order ... it has now been resolved to my satisfaction - I received all the snus plus some extra for my trouble plus an apology.

                  I have been ordering from Northerner for nearly 5 years. There was some major bumps with their website when they updated but I have had zero issues placing orders with Northerner for over 2 years and I order every month. The issues could be your computer settings or could be Northerner? Either way, once you get it figured out with Northerner you should no longer have an issue. Also, BuySnus doesn't even offer TillCe which is the actual subject of this thread.

                    Not referring to your problem squeezy. A quick visit to their facebook page and a simple search in google results SEVERAL people who have ordered snus up to 4 months ago with no product no response to inquires and nothing but the money taken out of their account.

                      I Really wanted to use northerner. They have the better selection. I wanted to try odens 29, 79 and lime and lennys and WOW and so many other things. My price kept jumping around willy nilly by doing nothing though. First it was 300....then 290 after adding something then 300 again then it was 220.....then after going through and getting to put in my address it was 375. Then they can't "validate" my address....i have just moved here but the address has worked for UPS, fedex, the postal service, best buy for a delivery as well as a local furniture store for delivering a new couch. Even if that had worked it still can't "verify" my age even though UPS will verify it anyways. I really wanted to order form them i really did but I'm not going to spend hours on end trying to get a business to accept my money in exchange for a product. So i went to buysnus....put in my address no problem....verified my age no problem....and then they accepted money from me in exchange for the products I wanted. The cost was slightly more...the product selection did not include everything I wanted....but they sold me what I ordered without making me jump through a million hoops. I was willing to look past my past experiences with them...sending me 50 cans of the wrong products....sending me 20 cans and calling it 40....allowing my cc card to be stolen and telling me i was lying to them, and even though there was a big wave about how they changed recently i still don't see it. just quick google searches bring up so many people having problems....a quick search on their facebook page shows nothing but people demanding to know where their snus is....buysnus has nothing but people thanking them and asking if they can send certain products to certain places.

                        I think it would be helpful if you attached screen shots of what you are experiencing. Also, I think it is only fair to give a company an opportunity to address any issue before publicly flogging them.

                            I order every month as I said, often from different computers with zero issues. When I order I get a confirmation order listing what I ordered and the amount. When the order ships I get a notification e-mail and a tracking number. I generally receive my orders in 2 days. If I have a question and send the question thru the login help desk I get a confirmation e-mail and a ticket number to track the question/issue. I have always received a response within 24 business hours usually far less. All of my orders and support questions are retained under my login. What is the ticket # on your support question and what is your facebook id/handle?

                              As I already mentioned on this forum, once it happened to me that I didn't receive their order. But I can't really complain about the support: every ticket I opened was answered in less than 24 hours. At the beginning their answers were a bit annoying, like "contact your customs" or "are you sure that your address is correct?". But after some months, when they finally realized that I was never going to receive my order, they gave me the money back.
                              It's true that many people had problems receiving their orders, but the customer service there is really good.

                                Thunder_Snus, we do apologise for not getting back to your facebook message immediately, but once we got in to the office we started dealing with it.
