Good news on the TillCe Mint U.S. initiative. Tillce Mint is now available in U.S. branded as NClub Super Mint http://us.northerner.com/nclub-xtra-...i-portion.html and drum roll.... 9mg vs the normal 6mg! These will be in my next order. Has anyone tried yet?

This thread makes me need to ask.....is Northerner good to order from again? I know this sit turned into a madhouse the last time this question was asked but my supply is dwindling and I will most likely have to put in an order soon. Are people still getting those duties forms and/or experiencing slow shipping times here in the U.S?

O just f****** forget it. Went on northerner and i was amazed at how little the 100 cans of assorted snus was going to cost me. Then I go to pay......ooooo it said my grand total was this but shipping is an extra 75 bucks....then nope the price of each can magically went up by probably 20 cents. Still fine I go to still order and it can't validate my address.....then it can't "verify" me...I tried 5 or 6 times and it still can't verify the address or my birthday so i can't order. It says to contact support with no means of telling you how to do so. However because the sign up for newsletter is checked everytime it errors out trying to verify you I was opted into this newsletter that I did not consent to and I have already gotten 4 emails within 5 minutes.
Northerner may have a better price but wow what a terribly run website. I know they contribute to keep snuson alive but this is pathetic. Put in an order with buysnus...more money....less selection but atleast they can accept my money in exchange for a product.....and looking at reviews from 2014 Northerner is still accepting money without ever sending a product from several of our snus brothers outside of the US. What a joke.

I have been ordering from Northerner for nearly 5 years. There was some major bumps with their website when they updated but I have had zero issues placing orders with Northerner for over 2 years and I order every month. The issues could be your computer settings or could be Northerner? Either way, once you get it figured out with Northerner you should no longer have an issue. Also, BuySnus doesn't even offer TillCe which is the actual subject of this thread.Last edited by piks101; 06-05-14, 12:57 AM.

I order every month as I said, often from different computers with zero issues. When I order I get a confirmation order listing what I ordered and the amount. When the order ships I get a notification e-mail and a tracking number. I generally receive my orders in 2 days. If I have a question and send the question thru the login help desk I get a confirmation e-mail and a ticket number to track the question/issue. I have always received a response within 24 business hours usually far less. All of my orders and support questions are retained under my login. As I already mentioned on this forum, once it happened to me that I didn't receive their order. But I can't really complain about the support: every ticket I opened was answered in less than 24 hours. At the beginning their answers were a bit annoying, like "contact your customs" or "are you sure that your address is correct?". But after some months, when they finally realized that I was never going to receive my order, they gave me the money back.
It's true that many people had problems receiving their orders, but the customer service there is really good.
