    No need to respond and you can close my ticket. I have found another company that will let me buy snus from them without the hassle.

            Why come and complain, and then refuse to resolve the issue? I don't get it. I'm sorry that you had a sh!t time with them, but many of us have zero issues with Northerner. Like I said, my last three orders, all in the last 6 months, have been fast and hassle free. This last order some funky stuff happened while trying to order, like my cat completely emptied when trying to check out, but I was able to redo the order, and everything was fine.

            I never ordered from Northerner when I first started snusing, but with their shipping prices discounted heavily now, and their awesome selection, they are my goto vendor.

              I refuse to solve the issue because the issue is resolved. I went with another provider that would actually sell me what I spent hours on adding to my cart with their crummy slow website. Maybe I'll give them another try again in 2 years when everyone comes on here saying how they have totally changed again.

              Edit. Looks like when I put in my address from 3 addresses ago it will verify my age and let me make payment....that would be great if that wasn't 900 miles away and if I hadn't updated my address with all government agencies and the post office 3 times since then

                You obviously prefer BuySnus and are promoting others to use them and that is fine but your attempt to order from Northerner seemed to be half hearted at best and more geared at sticking a fork in Northerners eye and posting your negative feelings regarding Northerner for others to view. I order every 4-6 weeks with no issues.

                  I think it's fair enough for people to express their displeasure with an online snus shop if they've had a genuine problem with ordering from it. And I think it's also fine to say that you've had a better experience shopping with one of their competitors. I can completely understand Thunder_Snus's frustrations.

                  It's totally in the power of the companies to minimise complaints here on SnusOn ... and that's to make sure that there is no reason to complain or raise a support ticket in the first place! Fairly simple really. People can come here, read about other people's experiences and then make their own minds up about who to order from.

                    Of course it's really bad to know that your order could not arrive, but if you want snus in the EU you have to deal with that... At least it's good to know that in this case you'd be refunded.

                      True Stark ... in the good old days we could choose UPS shipping from Sweden - next day guaranteed if you wanted to pay the premium - and all the brands were available. If a non-tracked service is used then it is impossible to tell whether it was the postal service or the seller that was at fault ... and in the case of a dispute then they nearly always blame each-other! You were lucky to get a refund.

                        I went in fully intending to give northerner an honest shot. My "half-hearted" order from northerner was the better part of 2 hours between waiting for their slow website to add things to my cart along with trying to verify my address and birthday which signed me up for a new news letter each time I did. Just because they provide great service to you does not mean my sole purpose is to tarnish a great companies name. Northerner stuck the fork in their own eye with their unfunctional website and making simply taking money from me a complete hassle.

                          I agree that is why I was sure to add my experience, as I actually order from Northerner approx every 4-6 weeks. I can understand Thunders frustrations to a point but the issues seemed very minor and imo would have been resolved by Northerner in a timely basis had Northerner been given a sincere opportunity, as Northerners reply posted on this thread indicates. Obviously, there is a time difference between Sweden and U.S., so if Thunder did not want to give Northerner an opportunity to address his questions/issues in a reasonable time frame and simply wanted to not bother and just place an order with BuySnus then fine but to post about that experience is more a reflection on him than Northerner. To make a business transaction/relationship work you need reasonable customers and reasonable vendors.

                          I have referred 3-5 people over to Northerner and not one had an issue registering or ordering but if they would have I am confident Northerner would have resolved in a timely manner. Da*n, I wish I could count on every company I order from online to do the same but I can't.

                            What day and time did you try and order? What were you ordering? Are you registered on the their site? Had you ever ordered from Northerner? If so, when? I can place an order with Northerner in about 2-3 minutes so it is functional, so if you sincerely want to order from Northerner for the great snus options you referred to that BuySnus does not offer then I propose that you contact Northerner again and let them follow thru on your questions, so that you are locked and loaded for your next order then place another order when you need more snus and report your experience. If issues, please include a ticket # that Northerner supplies for backup. Do you want to win a pissing contest or actually place an order with Northerner and resolve the issues you had on your first attempt? Btw, sorry you wasted two hours, as after 10-15 minutes tops I would have checked with Northerner and waited to hear back and if my inventory was too low to wait I would have ordered from another vendor or picked up some General locally.

                            Also, I would be more than willing to do a share my screen session, so I can see what your experiencing and see if I can offer any assistance.

                              I've had issues when ordering from Northerner. They were minor, but I was fortunate enough to have choices, so I went elsewhere. I don't owe them anything. It's that simple.

                                What issues? When did you have them? ... I understand that you have options and by all means go to the vendor of choice but to say a site is unfunctional and Northerner will not resolve without giving them a reasonable opportunity is an entirely different matter.
