Just because northerner works for you does not mean it is the end all snus provider. I can contact people on supports on amazon/bestbuy/almost every other online retailer so not having someone on staff to help me at any time is a big flaw. The point is that I should not have to go through this much work to give a business money. I should be able to select what I want....tell them where to ship it...and provide them with the details on how to receive money from me. This isn't the 1960's ordering from the sears catalog, business works instantly not with back and forth letters/emails.
There is no need to contact support....like i said i figured out the problem...they only verify my age when i use an address i lived at 3 addresses ago even though every agency/registration place has been updated with each new address and every other verify your age website accepts my current address. If Northerner works for you that's fine but just because they actually provide you great service does not mean you need to try to suppress everything bad being said about them.
I went onto northerner with every intention of giving them my business and they didn't hold up their end of the deal which is taking my money and sending me the products i want. That's fine, my life isn't over just because i couldn't get all the oden's I wanted or the easter snus, I will survive. It's the same reason people will go to Target or Jewel-Osco or Meijer....because they can choose less than from walmart....pay more than from walmart...but atleast they aren't dealing with all the shit you have to go through to shop at walmart.

You state that there is no need to contact Northerner support yet you did anyways, as well as post on Facebook and SnusOn then when the company responded you would not provide any details or give them an opportunity to address. I am not trying to suppress a darn thing, in fact I want to shed more light on the issues you stated. That is why I asked for screen shots, order#, ticket # etc… and even offered to go online with you but you just bailed when more information was requested. If your time is so precious, how do you have so much time to reply to this post and post other unimportant stuff? It seems we are arguing here from two legitimate but different perspectives
1) For a long time Northerner's service was great. Then it went through a very hard spell. This had to do with (a) running two warehouses on two different continents (b) all the paperwork involved with PACT and (c) having an IT team that was not up to the challenge of synchronizing stock in two places in real time.
The result was an extended period of a company with all the signs of being in over its head. Thus, many of our members here had truly bad experiences.
As such, glitches that might not seem much to newer customers bring back all those bad memories and send up old warning flags all anew--- That is the first perspective.
2) The second perspective comes from the fact that Northerner has made great strides to fix the old problems. They have (a) modified their warehouse situation which has (b) alleviated a good deal of the PACT crap and in turn has (c) simplified the IT/customer service side of things. Though there is always room for improvement, these changes have gone a long way to address the issues that confronted the company in the past.
The result is that, to those newer to snus, Northerner seems pretty much on par with other online vendors that folks use for all manner of goods.....there are risks and there are always stories of trouble......but by and large things tend to move along pretty steadily--- This is the third perspective.
The point is, I think both views are well grounded.......and thus it seems we have come to a place of merely talking past each other

Hey Snusdog, appreciate you weighing in and I agree with your take. I was ordering from Northerner back in the U.S. warehouse days and under the old website. I went thru the bumps with everyone else as it related to the transition to the new website and shipping from Sweden. Like I said this can be just a pissing match or problem solving and learning opportunity. I feel it serves no one to not allow a vendor to address issues and just post negative information. Whether you use Northerner or not they are a company that is promoting snus in a space with few options. It serves us all to support or at least help "All" Snus suppliers improve their processes for ordering and customer service when the opportuntiy presents itself rather than just dragging them thru the mud with unconstructive criticism. You continue to use northerner and i'll continue to use buysnus and not a damn thing in the world will change.

Literally any tiny disagreement can be blown up out of all proportion there to your heart's content ... with the added bonus that nobody else will see it and pass judgement on you!
