This stuff is excellent. Not disgustingly smokey like General. Not an overwhelming taste of bergamont, like 99% of snuses out there. I could get used to this!

I liked Gustavus even though I do not have any aversion to General. On the contrary: I loved General

Way too flowery. It has the strange taste of lavender or periwinkle in there. I don't care too much for it.
It is unique, but nothing that makes me want to chain snus it. What draws me even remotely back, is trying to figure out exactly what those flowery elements are. Not my cup of tea. I would recommend Skruf Stark Los over this Anyday!
The rose oil mixed with the gentle bergamot & low salt + high Nic make it my favorite tobacco flavored snus.Comment

I will second that......I really like Gustavus and LD......to me the difference between the two is that Gus is a pretty unique flavor market-wise (you wont find much that is comparable-- Kronan is sort of in the same family but on the nasty side).....while LD has a flavor profile with more company in it.........right now if it came down to roll buys I think Odens #3 might edge out LD for the winWhen it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... I liked it fine at first but couldn't stand it by the end of the tin. The flowery taste was just not something I could get into at all. I agree with Snusdog that Kronan is a bit similar but I think it's much better than Gustavus.Comment

Sounds like we have had mirror images with these two snus brands.........Kronan was at one time a roll buy for me..........however, it turned on me............by the end of the can the flavor was bitter to the point of unbearable.Originally posted by crullers View Post

Kronan's unusable. The portions left an oily taste in my mouth, and the lös is one of the few I've tossed after a couple pinches. I see the similarity with Gustavus, but I think Gustavus is much better.Comment
