I usually take along something mellow on the tobacco end of my tatses, Grov op and Ettan op, not too much nic and never use caffeine.

I like to start with a portion for a few holes, smoke a robusto size stick, and finish off with another portion or two. Looking forward to trying oden's extreme. Just ordered some a couple days ago.
