preparing for next order help please

    Hello
I will be placing an order in the next week or so and thought it would be handy to get some opinions and guidance.
My hallmark for a good snus is roda lacket los. I love the grain and the earthy warm tobacco flavour the sweetness. I also like the distinct lack of bergamont and tanin and salt . The only other two snuses I have been able to find with a similar flavour but also intriguing in their own right would ettan los and Grove los. Does anybody know of any others like these? I would also like to know about Gustavus and gellivare , and also where can I get hold of these? Also , phantom blue does anyone have any opinions on this, oh and knekt

    Thankyou

If you can get a hold of Gellivare, please let me know about it. I will order rolls of it and promise not to bitch about the shipping charge. Ettan and Grov are good choices. I am willing to bet you will love Granit los as well. Forget about the Gustavus if you live in the USA.

Mr vegan I am living in new Zealand for the time being but am not a resident the UK is my home. I Actually have a pris of granite in as i type
Its OK but to much bergamont and tan in flavours for me to use regularly. This is why I like roda and ettan and grov , just good tobacco flavour without the bitter tea craziness. I am hoping to discover more in this mode

You are able to get snus in New Zealand? That’s great! I’ve read comments from several New Zealanders about how difficult it is to buy snus.

I have never had a problem. Buys us arrives like clockwork 7 working days, northerner is less predictable but usually about two weeks

Prima Fint los is another beaut you might like. Seems to fit within your flavor profile.

None at all . Although they send the snus in parcels of five to avoid trouble I think

Ah, that’s good news. I was just going by some of the older posts I remember - like this one. I didn't mean to be alarmist.

“Greets to all, if anyone wants to know:

I have been bringing snus in to New Zealand for a year now, and have had no problems with Customs or duty. But just yesterday. I was notified by NZ Customs that they are holding my package of snus (5 cans of los) until I pay them NZ$134 in duty. So it can happen here folks, be careful! Now I am very worried about what will happen with my next order!”

Interesting. I suppose that is why they send them 5 time a parcel.
I noticed also on that thread that someone mentioned travelling to Sweden once a year to stock up
This is something I am seriously considering when I get back to the UK ..... they also say that you can only bring back 10 or so cans , is this still the case ? Does anyone have any experience with snus runs to Sweden?

The guy would have been bwttr off just placing another order anyway it would have been cheaper than paying the customs

Would of only cost him 30 or so bucks including postage for another 5
