How Much do you Snus?

Three or four a day. One on the way to work, sometimes one after lunch, one on the way home and one later in the evening.

When I'm out drinking, I tend to chain snus. One night out will amount to roughly 5 portions.

When I use los, which I take in 2.5 gram pinches, means I go through about 27 portions worth of snus per day! I've heard it's quite common for people in Sweden to go through a WHOLE can of los every day. Talk about a gum beatin'.

It typically takes me about a week to go through a can of los. Give or take, and two weeks to get through a tin of portions. Of course that is because I mostly use los but have the portions around, just in case.

Interestingly enough, when I started snusing earlier this year I could not get enough portions in at once, I was trying new flavors everyday and I had as many as 10 cans open at a time. Now that I have settled down with a few "old friends" instead of being the neighborhood snus slut, I find my usage to be 6-8 a day. less than half of what it was when I started. Some days I go wild and have ten, other days four is enough, but overall my usage is actually decreasing over time.

Maybe one day I can actually walk away from nicotine entirely.

Hello,I just started to use snus.I use 1 portion a day or less.How often should i use it to feel the buzz?Im using swedish snus(general,thunder)

I actually wrote down how many portions I used, which lasted for two days... however: 7-10+ seems to be my normal amount of portions per day.

have been using snus for 1-2 weeks, but already having 4-5 normal portions a day (if i drink beer etc, this can increase to 6 maybe 7) .

i know its off-topic but, just curious, is it much for a newbie?

Yesterday I used 12 portions and 3 prillas of lös! That´s a typical day for me. Portions at work and some portions and lös at home.

It depends, on a regular day I can go through anywhere between 10-12 original portions. In that same "regular" day if I choose to use sterks its about 5-7 a day. Since finding the pleasures of los, I still use 4-6 sterks and about 2 nice sized prillas. I find with sterks and los I can cut back drastically versus using regular portions.

I use 7 or 8 portions a day -- chain snusing for the most part. I leave a portion in for an hour.

So how many portions do you guys use per day?

I used to be at up to 14 per day now I'm using roughly 4 or 5 .............. haven't really been using much snus for months so my tolerance is really low and I'm trying to keep it like this.......
