How Much do you Snus?

12-16 per day, unless I'm using snuff too...then it's a little less. I've been thinking about dialing it back a bit, because I'm finding my tolerance is going up. My 12-16 are normally sterk or extra sterks, aaaaand...now I'm a little ashamed, lol

Since i'm still kind of junior to snus i use about 5 portions a day. Of course sometimes more and sometimes less.

Hm ... Depends really, i'd say between 4 and 8 (where 75% are strong portions)

I find myself going through a half a tin a day now, depending on the nicotine content and if I am at work or not. I could probably be ok with 4 strong portions on my days off, but when I work I can easily get through 14 General mint's which is what I normally use at work.

Now days only 2-5 portions before that it was somewhere like 7-9 portions. When i was using lös i was using somewhere about 6-8 prillas per day.

I'm at about 5-6 11-12 mg portions a day. Depends on what's going on. Can't bring myself to do the same with regular strength portions need about 8-10 of them if I can mix a few regular in with the sterks then I can keep it around 6. I've been trying to step down but i just don't feel satisfied so I'm off the extra sterks but need sterks at this point.

I'm doing it the Swedish way, 1 can a day chained. :-)
